Return Policy

All New Products listed on 4HomeSpeakers.com carry the full Manufacturers Warranty. The warranty is listed at the end of each product description.

Returns will be accepted by 4HomeSpeakers.com up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returns must be returned in original packaging with all included materials, accessories and instructions.

After 30 days, please contact the Manufacturer listed in the Owner’s Manual.

To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling 1-800-520-9891 Monday-Friday 7:30 AM until 3:30 PM Eastern (Except Holidays)

Products that are returned without an RMA number will be sent back to you.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply if you choose a replacement for a defective item.

A short trouble shooting session may be required in order to determine whether or not an item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection by the warehouse staff.

All non-defective returns will be refunded at 80% of the original price, and all shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
