All New Products listed on 4HomeSpeakers.com carry the full Manufacturers Warranty. The warranty is listed at the end of each product description.


Returns are accepted by 4HomeSpeakers.com within 30 Days of Purchase if they meet the following conditions:


Defective Item Return:

  • To return a defective item to 4HomeSpeakers.com, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-800-520-9891 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM ET)
  • After 30 Days, please contact the Manufacturer listed in the owners manual that came with the item you purchased.
  • To issue a Return Authorization can take up to 4 business days depending on the product type.
  • 4HomeSpeakers.com, will issue a return shipping label for defective merchandise at no charge to you, and will do everything we can to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle.
  • 4HomeSpeakers.com is not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry, so we do not refund original shipping costs.
  • You can also choose a refund in lieu of a replacement. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection by the warehouse staff.


  • Unwanted or Non-Defective Return

  • To return an unwanted or Non-Defective Item, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of purchase.by calling 1-800-520-9891 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM ET)
  • The product must be unused or be able to be re-ssold as new.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all packing materials and instructions.
  • There is a restocking fee of 15% on all unwanted or non-defective returns, and all shipping charges are incurred by the customer.
  • We can issue a return shipping label at a cost not to exceed the original shipping cost.
  • If you choose not to pay for a return shipping label, make sure you use a shipping source where you can track the package so there is a verifiable source of delivery.

    4HomeSpeakers.com usually ships items by the next business day after receipt of a customer order. For maximum efficiency and tracking capability, we ship via FedEx Ground or UPS. An item is deemed shipped after it is boxed & labeled, and is awaiting pickup from FedEx or UPS. Shipping Time is usually 1-5 business days. Due to emergencies such as extreme weather conditions, 4HomeSpeakers.com is not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx or UPS because of road and airport conditions. If you desire to have your item expressed shipped (i.e. next day air), please call 1-800-520-9891 for a quote and we will process your order it the amount is acceptable to you.
